Name and registered office

Under the name “HIKI” there exists a non-profit association within the meaning of Art. 60 ff. of the Swiss Civil Code, based in Basel.

Aims and purpose

The association actively creates space to promote well-being, health and social interaction, and aims to manage and rent out the sauna facilities.

Membership can be open to natural and legal persons who support the association's purpose.

Active members with voting rights are natural persons who use the services and facilities of the association.

The membership fees were set at the general meeting on November 11, 2024 as follows:

• Active membership: CHF 10.–

• Passive and patron membership: minimum CHF 50.–

They are due annually, are valid for one club year (from October 1st to September 30th) and can be paid on site at HIKI.
