SOUND JOURNEY – UNLEASH THE LINES
Saturday, November 29
Beim gemeinsamen Saunieren mit ausgewählten Düften streifen wir den Alltag ab und stimmen uns auf die anschliessende Klangreise ein. Im Ruheraum wird uns Reto mit verschiedenen Klängen auf eine Reise zur inneren Ruhe und Harmonie mitnehmen. Die akustischen Schwingungen der verschiedenen Instrumente stimulieren den Energiefluss, bauen den Stress ab und aktivieren die Glückshormone.

Die Anzahl Plätze in der Sauna und im Ruheraum sind beschränkt. Anmeldungen nehmen wir bis am Freitag, 28. November entgegen.
Zeiten: Get-in 19 Uhr⎹ Start 19.15 Uhr⎹ Ende ca. 20 Uhr⎹ anschließendes Saunieren bis 22 Uhr
Kosten: CHF 45
Im Preis inbegriffen sind: Das Saunatuch, die Schlappen, Tee, Wasser und ein “Good Mood Drink”.
TWELVE NIGHT – Sunday , December 21
With the winter solstice, we invite you to immerse yourselves in the traditions of the Twelve Days of Christmas, which begin on December 25th and end on January 6th. Sarah Kreis will give us an insight into the origins and the magical time of these days. Afterwards, we will enjoy a sauna infusion with selected aromatic essences, followed by relaxation around a fire with tea and the ritual of writing wish lists.
You don't need to bring anything – we will gladly provide you with the necessary equipment.
Space in the sauna and relaxation room is limited. We are accepting registrations until Wednesday, December 17th.
Times: Get-in 5:30 pm | Start 5:45 pm | End approx. 6:30 pm | Sauna afterwards until 8 pm
Cost: CHF 45
Included in the price are: the sauna towel, slippers, tea, water and the necessary utensils.
NEW YEAR – Wednesday, December 31
We look forward to starting the new year together with you in a cozy and warm atmosphere!
Deep relaxation can be achieved through shared sauna sessions, and a delicious cheese fondue from Wirths-Huus ensures a good feeling in your stomach.
Here's to a warm, happy, and shared new year!
Places are limited. You can register until Monday, December 29th.

Cost: CHF 55
